Issued by the Director, PGLD and Chief, AWSS to all business units, effective 03/29/12, with procedures for shipping documents containing personally identifiable information (PII). These procedures help ensure such packages are delivered to intended recipients, through proper packaging and tracking.
IRM 10.5.3 – Identity Protection Program
An interim procedural update effective 12/23/2010 was issued to revise IRM 10.5.3 regarding the Identity Protection Program.
