A standard list is available in a text delimited format on a compact disc (CD) which includes the following items:
- Name
- Business name
- Business mailing address
- Business phone number
- Business Website address
- Email address
- Professional credentials
FOIA authorizes government agencies to recover the cost of complying with a FOIA request. The government cost for producing the standard PTIN Holder CD is $35.
