If you downloaded the 2012 Form 1041-V before January 30, 2013, please note the following:
The "Where To File" portion of the form originally listed the filing address for 2012 Florida trusts and estates as the IRS Service Center in Ogden, UT. However, the correct filing address for 2012 Florida estates and trusts is Cincinnati, OH.
