Correction to the 2012 Form 1041-QFT: U.S. Income Tax Return for Qualified Funeral Trusts -- 21-Nov-2012
If you downloaded the 2012 version of Form 1041-QFT before November 7, 2012, please note the following.
On page 4, under the Instructions for Line 13-Tax, the 2012 Tax Rate Schedule incorrectly reflected the applicable dollar amounts for determining the tax for 2012. The 2012 Tax Rate Schedule has been updated and now reflects the correct values to compute the tax liability.
The corrected version of the 2012 Form 1041-QFT is available.
