Corrected Advance Release of 2012 Original Issue Discount (OID) Tables -- 03-DEC-2012
If you downloaded the 2012 tables before December 10, 2012, please note the following correction: "CUSIPs beginning with "313396" were removed from Section III-D and shown in Section III-E, only."
The Internal Revenue Service has released the Original Issue Discount (OID) for January through October of 2012. The tables will be reposted in January 2013 to include information received during November through December of 2012. The following tables are included:

The 2012 tables are available in two formats text and PDF. The tables are also available at Publication 1212.
