Publication 1436 contains a group of test scenarios and instructions for preparing test material for Electronic Filing of Individual Income Tax Returns.
All software developers will be required to create their own test scenarios. IRS will provide limited testing criteria that all software developers must follow and include when developing their test scenarios.
