Publication 4134, Low Income Taxpayer Clinic List (PDF) – A state-by-state LITC list, with organization name, city, state, phone number(s), type of clinic, and languages served listed for each clinic. Income ceilings for low income representation (250% of Poverty Guidelines) are included as well.
