Form 8822, Change of Address
There are two forms you can use to notify the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of any address changes. Use Form 8822 for changes to your home address. Use Form 8822-B for changes to your business location or mailing address. It is important to keep your address current on our files to ensure that you receive IRS correspondence.
