Corrections to 2011 Publication 502, Medical and Dental Expenses -- 15-FEB-2012
If you downloaded Publication 502 before February 15, 2012, please note the following corrections. On page 24 under COBRA Premium Assistance, the three dates in the first bullet that read "2011" should have read "2010."
The corrected bullet reads as follows:
"You are a qualified beneficiary as a result of an involuntary termination that occurred during the period beginning on September 1, 2008, and ending on May 31, 2010, or had a reduction of hours during that period, which was followed by a termination of your employment that occurred after March 1, 2010, and before June 1, 2010."
