Correction to the Instructions for Form 8582-CR, Passive Activity Credit Limitations (Rev. January 2012) -- 07-MAY-2012
If you downloaded the Instructions for Form 8582-CR (Rev. January 2012) before March 30, 2012, please note the following change made to the instructions:
On page 9, column 2, under the heading, "Form 3800, General Business Credit," a line reference in the sentence was changed from "line 3, line 23, and line 32" to "line 2, line 23, and line 32."
