If you downloaded the 2012 Form W-2GU, Guam Wage and Tax Statement, before March 29, 2012, note that the form has been revised. On the back of Copy C (For EMPLOYEE'S RECORDS), under Box 12, codes FF and GG have been removed.
The revised 2012 Form W-2GU is now available for download.
