Changes to Aviation, Surface Transportation, and LUST Fuel Credits Affecting Fiscal Year Filers of Form 4136 -- 30-DEC-2011
2011 fiscal year filers of Form 4136, please note the following changes for 2012:
- The aviation credits are scheduled to be reduced after January 31, 2012.
- The surface transportation credits for gasoline, diesel, and kerosene are scheduled to be reduced after March 31, 2012.
- The .01 per gallon LUST credit is scheduled to expire March 31, 2012.
