ITG FAQ #6 Answer-What are the different types of tip agreements appropriate for gaming establishments?

There are two different types of tip agreements. They are: Tip Rate Determination Agreement (TRDA) and Gaming Industry Tip Compliance Agreement (GITCA). Businesses in the gaming industry may enter into either a TRDA or a GITCA.
