HCTC Program Updates

  • Legislative Update
    In December 2010, Congress passed the Omnibus Trade Act, which provided a short term extension of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provisions until February 13, 2011; however, these provisions were not extended further by Congress and have now expired. Please visit the Latest News page to learn how this expiration changed the HCTC.

  • Provide individuals applying for the tax credit with the necessary information and/or documentation
  • Follow the set guidelines for returning funds to the HCTC Program
  • Notify the HCTC of bulk changes to premiums and any administrative changes

State Departments of Insurance

 

  • Work with the HCTC Program to qualify health plans for the tax credit
