Note: Throughout the self-help tool, where a Form 433-A or 433-B is mentioned, the Form 433-A (OIC) and 433-B (OIC) may also be used. Remember you have 30 days from the date of the rejection letter to file your request for an appeal. If you request an appeal and are not able to reach an agreement with the Officer of Appeals, you may be eligible for consideration of post-Appeals mediation under Announcement 2011-6. |
