The IRS presented a Phone Forum on the Draft Redesigned Form 990 (Return of Organizations Exempt from Income Tax) on July 18, repeated on July 19, 2007. The 60-minute forums included a presentation of the changes (and the thinking behind the changes) reflected on the draft form.
